RecommendedI can be very skeptical at times when it comes to shopping, but I had the best experience with the best sales associate at Talbots in Annapolis #131, her name is Peggy Strimba. I went in the store looking for a jacket and wound up with items I didn’t think I needed. She introduced me to these Polarctic pants that have a lining in them for the Arctic, or for football games in the bleachers.
