Outstanding service at this store. Very clean and organized, even the clearance section. Aesthetics are on point and the store looks lovely. Generous discounts on quality clothing. A various amount of fabrics and styles for the customer to select from. Overall, excellent!
Love this store and all their selections but was flat out lied to today that their “cyber monday” online sale ended at noon so I would buy the clothes I wanted in the store. Went home at 3:30 and the sale was still going on! Got 40% off everything. Wanted the sales commission for herself. Really hate that!
This is the first Talbots that I have been that one person on staff is so combative. I guess I know just to avoid them for help in the future.
I've been shopping at this location for over 6 years. Today, was the best experience I've had here. All the store associates were extremely helpful and personable.
