My 90 yr old grandmother went into the store with my youngest daughter during Christmas time when she checked out, they did not offer her a gift receipt the pajamas and the pants that they bought were not in petite and two of the pajamas are wide leg and the Ladonna the actual Manager of the store sold her the wrong pair. Outstanding service at this store. Very clean and organized, even the clearance section. Aesthetics are on point and the store looks lovely. Generous discounts on quality clothing. A various amount of fabrics and styles for the customer to select from. Overall, excellent!
Love this store and all their selections but was flat out lied to today that their “cyber monday” online sale ended at noon so I would buy the clothes I wanted in the store. Went home at 3:30 and the sale was still going on! Got 40% off everything. Wanted the sales commission for herself. Really hate that!
This is the first Talbots that I have been that one person on staff is so combative. I guess I know just to avoid them for help in the future.
