Came here 12/23 around opening time, no other customers yet the associate was already rude and almost seemed to want to be not helpful on purpose. (“Loreto” or something similar was on my receipt as the cashier.) I typically have a great experience at Talbots locations so this was a bit disappointing.
I love Talbots because of the products that they carries, it is not just all over the place.Their clothes make you stand out.Thou it is expensive but worthy as well because they don't fade out easily. Keep it up
My boyfriend and I went to the PP Mall on Sunday. I bought some pants and a super cute lobster sweater. With COVID, you can’t try on clothes, but they have a policy that you can return your clothes with tags on for a certain time frame. The 2 pairs of pants I bought didn’t fit and I don’t have a day off from work for a week, so I asked my boyfriend to bring them back for me and exchange for the right size. Extremely rude staff at this location despite being the only customers present at the time (and nowhere near closing time). Would not return here.
