Lynda was the absolute kindest and most helpful in helping me find what I needed after I made a few poor choices in vacation packing. The store has both fun & funky styles as well as classic pieces.
I popped in today when I spotted a gorgeous dress in the window - I ended up discovering they had loads of amazing clothes that I loved! Tried on six dresses and ended up buying three of them (all on sale - hooray!). The sales assistant who served me was so lovely.
I ordered from Napier and they never had product , they forwarded it to Rotorua they had the garment they followed up immediately polite and professional
