I visited T/S Robina on Friday 14th April and those two ladies working in there that day were next level with customer service and happiness in their job. They even steamed my top so I could wear it. 10/10 girls. X

Taking Shape is my favourite shop anywear! I have been buying TS since they opened in Pacific Fair at Myers, not sure how long,I moved to Robina and found it there, then TS and Virtuelle both opened shops outside Myer at Robina, and I found a staff member from Pacific Fair there . All staff always so helpful, this last few years with TS again at Robina the atmosphere is fabulous, and Rhonda and her staff amazing! Early December I visited the Robina TC store, after hours of fruitless searching in the major stores to buy some pyjamas as an Xmas gift for my daughter. Sally (Visser-Marchant) assisted me way above and beyond . She took the time to explain all the different sizes and fabrics to me , and was so adept at understanding what I actually wanted when I was too frazzled to articulate !
