I've just visited Taking Shape for the first time and will most definitely be returning thanks to my lovely sales assistant Carron, who became my first ever personal shopper. I normally get frustrated clothes shopping, trying to find the right styles to suit and fit, but her patience, advice and help made this the most enjoyable shopping experience I've had in years. Thankyou ladies for giving your time to make each and every customer feel valued and special!

I always love shopping at Otaki Taking Shape. The staff are very helpful, it's easy to find my size, and the prices are great! I will definitely be back.
We popped into TS Otaki on Sat 20th Sept and has the most marvelous experience and assistance from the lovely Tracey. She did her utmost to enhance our shopping experience, adding to the happy time we had at TS. Lots of laughs and discussions were had as we found lovely clothing to take away. We would hope that Tracey is rewarded for the great time she gave us! We'll be back soon with another friend who's keen to be part of the 'have fun as you purchase' vibe of this great outlet.
