I have recently been shopping at your northlands mall store. The assistant whose name was Cara is what I would say is the very best in customer service that I have seen for a very long time. As an older woman who has become used to being treated as invisible by retail staff it has been a refreshing change to experience this level of customer service. A great selection of clothes for plus sized women. The salesperson was a lovely, knowledgeable, and patient person who helped us with our purchases. The entrance to the shop is not obvious being down an alleyway off the main street. Accessibility is very good, and for the husbands and boyfriends, there's a comfy couch near the change room and bookshops, food, and large TV just outside.
