Seamless delivery and pick up of the linens right to the rental house. We rented sheets for 9 beds- kings, queens, twins- and there was no way to tell which sheets were meant for which size bed as nothing was labeled. Which resulted in us spending an hour of our vacation opening each sheet of the giant stack of sheets on every bed until we found the right fit. Provided linens when expected and picked up without any issues. Linens were of great quality.
Very nice beach towels. Linens were there when we reached our rental house. Everything was fine. I took off one star because it would have been nice to have fitted sheets.
Such nice staff! made changes to our order easily and the linens were so handy for our 1 week rental of a house on the vineyard. Some houses do not supply linens, and in previous years we brought our own up. Do this instead. They even opened up a little early for our return as we were scrambling for our flight home. A+
