Dawn has represented us on numerous real estate transactions. She has also done estate planning for us a legal litigation. She is caring yet straight to the point. Doesn’t waste time or your money on unnecessary things.
Mistakes happen. But this firm refused to take any initiative to correct their mistake. A check was supposed to be sent overnight on a Friday. Overnight from Friday is Monday for FedEx if instructed to deliver on a weekday. They refused to change the FedEx label for $35. The initial label was incorrect because of their mistake. Our real estate agent was kind enough to offer pay for their mistake but the title company paid for it.
