My oh my! If you find this lady on Groupon, RUN FOR THE HILLS. I purchased this Groupon in January and made an appointment for yesterday. This lady contacts me at 5 saying "come at 5:45". Not even "can you come at 5:45?". It was almost a demand. I informed her that this new time bleeds into other obligations and asked if I can come another day/time. Bought Groupon. Couldn't get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Groupon expired. Later, owner said she would honor it via text, but would charge $15 more... then later said $27 more until I showed a screenshot of earlier correspondence. First of all she didn’t even help me how to open the door bcuz that place was inside of a building with door code.She had long nails and and they were scratching. And also when I couldn’t understand what she said (she talks nasally) she huffed and eyes rolled. I went there for a relaxing massage and she made me stress.
