The class is ok. The instructors are patient & pleasant. My issue is that for the baby & me classes, a lot of times the water is COLD! Unacceptable. The babies & toddlers already shiver being in warm water, so imagine how brutal it is when the pool water is actually cold. MSU has to do better

At the moment of register my daughter, they told me that I can cancel the classes at anytime. What they didn’t say is that they keep the money for them because they don’t want to return my money. Saying that their policy is to keep my money as credit in case my daughter wants to return. The water pool was so cold but if everyone go to visit the website they offer warm pool which is a lie. Any advice to get my money back? Thanks.
I was charged for class that my 2 year didn't even attend to because every Sunday there was a different problem I really dont suggest this place I had to give them 30 days to cancel but they didn't give me the courtesies of a call and on top of that got a $50.00 ticket one of the days that there wasn't any class called today to ask why I was charged if my son swimm twice 😡😡😡
My son was terrified to swim, now he jumps in the 13 feet.
