It's a shame to offer this kind lesson I enrolled for a baby and me lesson. The pool was horrible, the water was cold, there was no changing room, there was no baby equipment, no changing table, no little bathtub, nothing to park the stroller in, nothing to store your personnal items. The building is old and so is all the equipment. The teachers are unfriendly and haven't good teaching skills. It was the worst experience I would not recommend at all this group "take me to the water"!!!!
Wish I can give this place zero stars my daughter attended this swimming class every Sunday and every few week the instructor is change this Sunday she was assigned a new instructor this instructor has 3 kids he's learning to swim what he did was had all 3 kids in the water at the same time swimming and couldn't control them my daughter almost drown she hit the button of the pool thank God I was there and scream out so another instructor next to her could have reach her this place is a total mess
How is this company still in business? Worst service and management. Very ineffective coaching.
