My experience couldn't have been more different from the other - anonymous - review here. I had missed a class and has to reschedule, spoke with Linda and she was able to set me up with a minimum of fuss. never did I experience the bad customer service mentioned by the other review. I wonder if the reason they posted anonymously was because it's a competitor trying to trash this business?
