For the limited variety they carry, the stock still felt thin. Although, the bigger issue for me, and the breaking point, was the customer service at the counter. The employee came across as awkward, unprofessional, and the entire interaction felt uncomfortable. At one point they even grabbed items out of my hands without saying a word. I bought a vape at Take Me Home for $27 and it didn’t even last 10 days. I went back asking for a warranty replacement and they refused to change it or give me a refund. They did absolutely nothing to help me, even though a device like this should definitely have a warranty. Terrible service, very disappointing experience, and a complete waste of money. I will not be coming back.
