Morgan & Ginger are great and made this process super easy. I had a small blowout that is completely gone after one super quick & easy session. I was able to book my initial appointment quickly after my consultation and they sent follow up texts as a reminder which is great. The process was super easy & everything was explained very well :)
At the beginning they were good at getting me in every month. I didn’t care much for seeing a different tech each time but now I’m only seeing one person full time. They are so busy now with only one tech and one laser they can’t get you in hardly now being so over filled. After I get done finishing my laser appointments I don’t plan to return back. People are nice but they are just over filled with appointments they don’t have enough lasers or techs to cover makes the process longer than it should take. They offer you to go... read more
It honestly hurts me to leave this review, but I don’t know how else to express my frustration… I would like to say that the folks who work there are always friendly, and my tattoo removal has been going well so far. My frustrations are with the company itself. I am getting a small tattoo removed. I’m into my second year of treatment. The first year was great.
