Giving 1 star so that hopefully I have someone contact me asap. Still waiting to hear from the regional manager. It's the next day and I'm still fuming about what happened to me at my appointment. I highly recommend the Removery! The front office staff was very friendly and very professional. I had some old ink in my eyebrows from microblading and needed to get that removed before getting my brows done again. Kirsten was so sweet and extremely confident in the removal process. She did a great job and helped to calm my nerves as I’ve never had anything like this done before. The process was fast and not that painful. I would definitely recommend this place! They were compassionate and competent😊
Removery Tattoo is the place to go to rid your body of unwanted tattoos. Ginger at the front desk is very efficient, friendly and helpful. Carol, a registered nurse, used a laser to remove my permanent eyebrows that I had put on nearly 20 years ago. She was very professional, caring, kind and explained the procedure perfectly. If I do need another round of removal, I’m hoping I get Carol again!
I had my first removal session done today. Walking in I was extremely nervous and not knowing what to expect but walking out I felt the opposite, being so thankful I followed through! The staff here (Ginger and Jessica) are great! Jessica was absolutely amazing! When it came to actually having the session done she answered all the questions I had. LOVE this place and the girls who work here. They are all so kind and knowledgeable. They make the process easy. In addition, the business is always super clean! They really do the most to create an inviting atmosphere and make you feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend.
