I purchased a Jacuzzi JV78S hot tub 8/1/2024 from take a break in Springville. During the 1 year warranty period I had to have the tub serviced twice for leaks. Shortly after the warranty expired it started leaking again. To be fair, Take a Break has been quick to answer concerns and service requests but the tub itself has been a disappointment. Anyway, I’m not willing to pay $175 plus parts for another service call just to have it leak again so I will have to figure out how to service it myself. FWIW.

Bought a barrel sauna for $15k and paid for full install. They said this is a new type of sauna so they can’t install it (no refund on the installation fee). So now I’m into my sauna 6 months, 2 separate electricians and $18k, and it still does not function. Get the run around every time I ask for help. I feel like I’ve been super patient but this is ridiculous. Could not recommend running away from this company faster.

I called the repair dept at Take a Break Spas to set up an appt to have someone come look at my hottub. I explanined what was going on and she had me try a few things to troubleshoot the problems before sending a tech since they charge a travel fee. Unfortunately, it didn't work but I appreciated her trying before automatically sending someone to my home in Price, UT. It was so easy/flexible to set up an appt.
