Well, I'm blown away by their customer support here. I walked in and looked at all of their saunas, ended up finding one we liked through looking at them and texting the sales rep. I put a deposit on it, then we ended up moving and remodeling a home so things were put on pause for the sauna. After months and months of having this sauna on hold with a deposit on it we just decided we wouldn't have room for it right now, I reached out and they immediately refunded me. Update to my earlier review: Hats off to Dave, Tiffany, and Rand this week for their support — what a great team! Their expertise and responsiveness have been enormously helpful. I purchased a Jacuzzi JV78S hot tub 8/1/2024 from take a break in Springville. During the 1 year warranty period I had to have the tub serviced twice for leaks. Shortly after the warranty expired it started leaking again. To be fair, Take a Break has been quick to answer concerns and service requests but the tub itself has been a disappointment. Anyway, I’m not willing to pay $175 plus parts for another service call just to have it leak again so I will have to figure out how to service it myself. FWIW.
Great people and great service, loving our spa and the fact that our salesman answers his cell phone and is extremely knowledgeable about spas.
