Well, I'm blown away by their customer support here. I walked in and looked at all of their saunas, ended up finding one we liked through looking at them and texting the sales rep. I put a deposit on it, then we ended up moving and remodeling a home so things were put on pause for the sauna. After months and months of having this sauna on hold with a deposit on it we just decided we wouldn't have room for it right now, I reached out and they immediately refunded me.
