I called the repair dept at Take a Break Spas to set up an appt to have someone come look at my hottub. I explanined what was going on and she had me try a few things to troubleshoot the problems before sending a tech since they charge a travel fee. Unfortunately, it didn't work but I appreciated her trying before automatically sending someone to my home in Price, UT. It was so easy/flexible to set up an appt. Jordan, Matt, and Jeffery, were punctual, very professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable, had taken great care in moving/transporting, without damage, and had great problem solving skills. My 8’ table was moved, re-felted, and set up in my home and it is fantastic. I’ve been running racks non stop since they left and my table rolls great. Highly recommend
