This place sucks they wouldn’t let my mom help me and they wouldn’t even zip up my dress
Pretty disappointed / upset by the phone call my mom just had. She called to see if we could come in tomorrow to check out what bridal gowns were in store. She was told that 'it's homecoming season' and there are no appointments available for wedding fittings (sounded like my wedding isn't soon enough for them to care). I looked online and there are appointments available online, so not sure why we were told it's booked. We didn't really even need help, but mostly wanted to see what was there. Repeat customers here! Best prices, helpful staff, the whole experience was great and we had a happy girl in a beautiful dress way under our original budget as well
Walked in about an hour before they closed without an appointment and the workers were so nice! Their prices were incredible, was treated with respect and the shopping experience was incredible. Didn't have enough time to try on that many dresses so we'll be making another appointment to go back. Highly recommend!
