She was in tuned with what my body needed. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend her.
Words cannot express how amazing Takara is. She's incredibly knowledgeable and offered several suggestions on how to prevent and take care of the tightness in my calves and the possible origins. She managed to release a lot of tension in my calf to where I can go back to running again after a 2 month hiatus - and probably be able to run a half marathon this weekend. She's so genuine, thoughtful, and super sweet. I've had massages at other places, but she's by far the most knowledgeable and helpful.
Takara has an amazing touch and I have been very impressed with her approach to massage therapy. Highly recommend!
