What a pleasure to buy Australian Made furniture and beautifully designed. Great assistance in the showroom. I will come back for sure.
Buying the product is the easy part. When you have a problem even under warranty TAIT expect you to pay the freight of $300 to return it to their Melbourne workshop. My advice AVOID BUYING FROM TAIT! Would have given zero stars but it would not post!
Very knowledgeable and attentive staff! We got exactly what we needed and they were very patient, but most importantly listened and delivered. Awesome products, thumbs up! We'll be back.
Over rated, over priced and shonky t&c's add up. My recommendation is don't do it, these people take you for a ride, and lots of products are available elsewhere for same price or cheaper without the sneaky charges.
