My visit to the Sydney showroom was inspiring! And I was amazed to discover Tait pieces are all made and designed in Australia. The showroom was simply beautiful and I was given great ideas for my space by the team - they took the time to review colours and materials and ultimately bring my space to life!
The Volley barstools we bought from Tait started showing signs of rust within 12 months of purchase. I was told this was to be expected. More recently with more patches of rust appearing and getting more annoyed as the bar stools are not inexpensive, I complained again and was told "The Assessment Team have reviewed the photos and agree with the original response that minor corrosion spots do not affect the structural integrity of the product and are not covered by warranty.
