Fantastic service. Go out of their way to help. Van was lovely new, clean and our driver Dave, was polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Made it a great day

Probably would not recommend the concert pickup service. Left sitting on the side of the road for over an hour for a scheduled pickup with no communication as to where the bus was. Bus also felt very rickety and we did not feel particularly safe. Ticket scanning was also not working. Bus driver was lovely though!

Steve and his team was so helpful and supportive during my travels to and from Tairua. It made my journey pleasant even though it took extra long after the flooding with rerouting. I believe they went above and beyond. Kudos to Christine, she was really pleasant and a joy to ride with. I also met Matt, who was just a kind soul and accommodating finding toilets on the way for my almost 5 hours journey due to multiple transfer. All in all when I come to Tairua again I won't hesitate to contact them again.
