I think Carla is brilliant. She has managed to figure out the best way for me to hear with one ear at a huge loss and the other a mild loss. My last hearing aid provider did not spend the time or even try to figure out what to do. Carla spends time with you and is not happy unless you are comfortable with the aids. She even had me try 2 different types of aids! I highly recommend her. It has been a wonderful experience and I'm hearing very well!
