This was by far the worst experience you could have imagined. First, we were told we could have our family together. We got the tickets and they were separate (4, 2, 2). (PS not a family friendly trip) Then, after being picked up in Melville, our driver took a 45 minute unannounced detour to pickup six people in Jersey. We finally arrived at 11:00 (after leaving at 9:00) and it took the catering people an hour to set up the food.
