I am not someone who typically complains, but I was extremely unsatisfied with my visit tonight. I chose this place based on the great reviews and even drove 25 minutes out of my way to come here. I specifically requested a deep tissue massage, yet I left with the same knots in my back that I had before the session. At no point did the therapist ask about my pressure preference.
