My first ever massage and it was amazing! Staff so sweet and nice! The environment so clean, relaxing and welcoming! Definitely will be back soon!
I've been coming to this spa for years now and have watched it go through a few different rounds of management. I had a pretty good experience here. The place was clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly. Eva was very nice and made sure the pressure was comfortable during the massage. Overall, it was relaxing and I was happy with the service. I would definitely come back again.
I’ve heard great things about this place up until recently. A family member of mine was a frequent customer but unfortunately had a substantial amount of money taken from the back of his phone during his last visit here. After multiple attempts to fix and address the situation, it seems like management just ignored and left him on read. Hearing things like this is disheartening but I think it is best to share this experience with others so they don’t experience a similar situation.
I was a loyal customer here for about a year and came in almost every week. I never expected my relationship with this business to end this way. After one of my appointments, I realized that a $100 bill I had kept inside my phone case was missing.
