Car salesmen, store sales clerks, and mortgage lenders are all people with whom I have had bad experiences in the past. But, when I met Tai Star, I immediately noticed that he was different. Tai is excellent at explaining in detail and also in a way that’s easily understood all of the details of the processes we went through in order to refi. Tai is always accessible for answering questions and goes above and beyond to ensure the people he works with get the best deals possible.
