1. Not welcoming 2. Not relaxing 3. Not sure if trained - it was the worst massage experience I've had, I was flinching throughout and the therapist didn't bother to change massage pressure. The foot reflexology was terrible and felt like the therapist didn't actually want to be there. I will definitely not be going back again unfortunately
