I have made red light therapy a part of my weekly routine. It provides me with energy and helps reduce muscle soreness. It is also 20 minutes completely to myself!
I am an ultra runner participating in races 20k-100M. I have appreciated working with Gabe to get individualized exercises to keep me strong. He also has all the tools for recovery from injury and big efforts. I use the Novothor before and after racing and have found my recovery to be faster than without. Gabe is a fantastic practitioner. He is very knowledgeable about the body, injuries, and prescribes exercise and manual therapy to reduce pain and help people return to activity. I am a runner and very active in my mid 40s and I trust Gabe to help keep me moving! I also recently started using his red light therapy - the Novothor - which seems to be helping with recovery. I highly recommend!
Gabe has done an amazing job getting to the sources of my issues and focusing on the right spots. He is fearless in diving into areas where other PTs have thrown up their hands. He has made a big impact on me in a very short amount of time.
