Owner Taho Sports Since I am the owner, I will put my rating at the average. I do feel it's my right to rebut claims made against us. Being in the custom business it's impossible to get everything correct every time, however the rating below is so far from how we handle or manage our business, nor can myself or my staff recall any situation even close to the one described below. worst experience ever They gave me a great quoted price on my team Jerseys. I was excited to have a good brand of Jersey. Placed my deposit for my order. Was told my shirts would be ready in two weeks. They do have good artwork and that's the only good thing I can say about them. My Jerseys were finally finished after 4 weeks and they were an off brand which was not what I ordered. Complained to my salesman and he blew me off. Never got a discount for any of the issues. Great Guys I have only been in the store a couple times but have worked with these guys on custom orders quite a few times. It's really refreshing to have guys who care about their customers and service is job #1. They have some neighbors in the same neighborhood who I tried and were big on the "bait and switch" it led me to find Taho and have not looked back.
