I received the 1.5h fascia flow from Tahlia and loved it. Tahlia is very skilled at finding where the sources of tension are and massaging in a way that’s effective but also relaxing. Would definitely recommend for anyone experiencing discomfort.
First fascia massage experience ever with Tahlia & really loved it. Tahlia is so warm and welcoming & was frequently checking in with me on the pressure she was applying to different areas of tension & my sensitivity. The technique allowing that softening and release was awesome and Tahlia was able to guide me to work more with my body & her techniques to let go and focus on breathing. It was a great experience. Walked away feeling really light and had a great sleep that night. Recommend!

I booked in for a fascia flow massage as I’d been experiencing tightness in my neck shoulders and calves. Tahlia was so professional and friendly and really made the entire experience feel super personal and as if she genuinely cared for providing the right treatment for my body. She was amazing at targeting my areas in tension and releasing them which left me feeling rejuvenated afterwards. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be returning!
