Have noticed in recent months asking price for items being more or just a few dollars less than new price. I'm disappointed in this franchise that us suppose to helping people for doing this. I will no longer give my money to it. When I can buy the same new for the same price or a dollar more.
Organized, clean. Not too cluttered. Well lit. Staff was friendly and informative. I guess they support the clover system. No clothes at this store but there's another store in town. Half price Wednesdays on everything but paint and paint supplies on the wall. Bathroom open.
Recently purchased 4 items from this store. The price was amazing so I asked the sales rep if in fact it was for these 4 items. He said yes and we paid for the items and delivery. Upon arrival there were only 3 items so I called to ask about the 4th and was told it was not included. They keep calling it a misunderstanding but I specifically pointed to each item and was told that was correct. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Great place for DIY shoppers. I can find parts and pieces of things that need fixing in my older home. Plus many new modern items at cheaper than retail prices. It's an adventure every visit as inventory changes daily. Customer Service has gotten less helpful since I first posted this. Not as knowledgeable about what they have or prices.
