Worst experience ever. I called the day before and was told to come in as a walk-in the next day. When I arrived, they seated me and my ride left within 10 minutes, then they told me they couldn’t do my nails. It was very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. The staff was not nice and did not respect customers’ time. I would not recommend coming here.
I’ve been coming here to gel nails for quite a while. Love the staff…so friendly and warm. I can always get in quickly…even last minute appts.
UNSANITARY! Do NOT go here. Theyve completely ruined my nails with their UNSANITARY nail polish
I have been going there for a few years now. I am never disappointed. It is clean, professional and never do I feel unwelcome. It is always busy so that in itself says a lot for the salon. The negative reviews on here are totally out of the norm. I feel there is more to those stories. These woman (and man )work hard at what they do and always are polite and sometimes it isn’t easy as the customers can be rude and very demanding. Never going back.... I have been a very loyal customer for over 7 years at this point. I have referred countless friends, have spent tons of money and tip $20 every single time. I got a gel manicure last week and it started to just fall off two days later, I called to let them know and scheduled a time to come in to fix it. Then they said they would charge me another $25 after I had already spent well over 100 for a mani, pedi and tip less than a week before. They left my nails a brittle mess and were incredibly rude.
