Absolutely incredible customer service. Home Depot/ Jeld-Wen destroyed our project timeline with multiple incorrect orders and unacceptable deliveries. Lauren on the sales team literally rescued our job and got me everything I needed PLUS, she resolved it all in less than 24 hours. 10/10 will be a life long customer of this distributer. Highly recommend.
Reasonable lumber pricing and friendly knowledgeable staff.
Their delivery drivers don't know how to drive and read and abide by street signs. At 2:18 pm on 4/28/2026 a driver ran a yield sign getting onto 611 from State St while the other drivers had a green arrow and nearly caused an accident. Cars were swerving and braking hard. Hire responsible people!!!
Luckily I don’t have to deal with these guys anymore
