Very rude
I’m not exaggerating, this place is like a chicken with its head cut off. They will check you in and ask what service you’re there for, then after 30-60 minutes tell you something that prevents them from helping you with what you need done. I have been here 3 times in the last month, and it’s been this way each time, but last time a lady was VAPING in my face while reviewing my documents, only to tell me a lie about my social security to get me out the office. Went around 8:30am before opening at 9am to process real ID and went smoothly! I was out within the hour unlike local DMV it was a 4-hour wait time! Bring all the required documentation and $40 cash if possible. We were also told 3pm was a good time with minimal wait!
