Thank you for clearing my brother's home of his hording. Living out of State it would of taking me months to clear his estate. You did it in 3 days, saving me thousands in travel and out of state living expenses. Your connection and hand off with our realtor facilitated a contract signing, two days after the estate sale! Michelle committed to a tag sale date and cancelled the night before. I would never recommend someone with such a lack of professionalism and disconcert for her client. Michelle had been to my house twice, set a tag sale date during her first visit, confirmed it on the second visit as well as provided guidance on what I needed to do to prepare (2 days prior to the sale) and called the night before the sale to cancel. If I could give zero stars I would. This past weekend the company Tag Sales by Michelle conducted a tag sale at my moms home and following are pictures of the condition on how she left the home. I really feel this is unprofessional and unacceptable that she allowed people to totally disrespect my mom's home and property and then left me with a mess to clean up, which is now incurring me costs. If I could give less than half a star I would. Hired her to clean out my parents house. We were pretty sure she would need more time than she said she would , so when we signed the real estate contract , we got the longest extension that we could. Most of my family lives out of town , so we could not be there. It seems like Michelle and her crew were dragging their feet , claiming it was 'too hot to work in the house'.... which wasted a lot of time. Michelle and her staff do a good job. With regards to other posted comments, all I can say is that if it is such an easy job, do it yourself, which obviously is why you hired her to do it. I was at most of the sales at the Baldwin site, it was without saying, it is one of the larger hoards I have seen and not all good stuff, lots of junk, mixed in tight spaces and stacked high. You had better items surrounded by piles of trash, which made the job that much more difficult for her. The site was dirty, hot and the air wasn't gr... read more
