How about answering the phone from time to time?
This company helped out with getting me financed for a new vehicle. I've made my first payment on time. The following month they couldn't find any information that i have a loan out with them, or even made a payment. This is very bad book keeping not sure what to do but i know later down the road i will not deal with them. Then its hard to even talk with someone on the phone this is really bad customer service. Not happy AT ALL
