Friendly and efficient service! Give these girls a raise!
Getting anything done here takes forever! I brought my son in to get his drivers permit and waited in line for forever and when it was finally our turn the lady at the counter waited on someone who had just walked in and wasn’t even in line. When we finally got help the same lady was extremely rude and at one point rolled her eyes at me over my sons certified state birth certificate acting as if it wasn’t a real document even though it had the official state seal. Bare minimum effort when answering the phone - might as well just talk to a robot or ai
They were busy when I came in but saw me quickly and knew exactly what to do. Very efficient, and a fun group of ladies. Although it was all business I actually enjoyed my time there.
The staff was pretty helpful.
