My wife's Lift Recliner broke. We had bought it at Taff. Called them for repair services around 8 AM. They sent a truck within a hour to pick it up and repaired it that same morning. It was returned around noon. My wife really needed the recliner and I appreciated the concern they expressed and the service they gave to us. They had the needed part so they gave quick service.
Taft Furniture has a beautiful line of Amish-built bookcases. Kyle, at Taft's help me choose what I needed and I'm so pleased with the result!
