Honestly, I really appreciate this place. Nobody greeted me or asked if I needed any help which was really nice because it just gave me the chance to look around and figure out what I was into. Visited from Michigan this afternoon and felt like a ghost when I walked in. After reading your reviews, it’s clear you guys haven’t changed a thing or have held any accountability towards your staff. Bunch of bros around the counter acting too cool to say anything or offer any ounce of help or assistance. Not even a hello or goodbye. Brought my snowboard in to Tactics looking for a replacement part for my broken Bent Metal bindings. A few minutes later I was on my way with the new part installed by one of the very helpful staff. These guys were fast, professional and very eager to help. Appreciated!
