Grant gave me the best customer service I’ve had in ages. I went in just to check prices, and he set us up with a great board, solid gear, fair prices, and even built it on the spot. Highly recommend this shop.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online snowboard gear retailer. Their customer service is extremely rude, sarcastic, and condescending. In April, I purchased a Burton AK Cyclic bib from Tactics with the intention of replacing my 3L Gore-Tex bibs by the end of the season.
