Absolutely a great product!! They stand by their products as well. First I accidentally ordered something I didn’t need and they refunded me right away. Next my son got the order in record time. One of the snaps was broken on the cooler pack. Not a problem!!! They sent a replacement right away. If the backpack holds up as well as their integrity, then it should last a lifetime.
