I've made multiple attempts to reach out to Taconic Tax Pros via phone, email and text because I've had an issue filing this year due to their error. I have not heard a response in the 5 months since I began to reach out. Also, last year my taxes were filed extremely late. I didn't receive my return until AUGUST! That's why I decided to go through Turbo Tax this year.
