I have been very well treated since I got here. The staff listens and try to help whenever possible. Whenever Schreen is on, she makes my heart feel good. She always comes in with a smile. I used to be a nurse myself, which makes me a picky judge sometimes because I come from a different perspective. Also have to say thank you to Patti Ryan who I actually worked with many years ago. The nurses on the Orange floor are wonderful. The aides are great. The only bad thing about the place is the food. It SUCKS

An ode to my aide, Sam. Hi Sam this is Victoria. I appreciate you taking the time out to help me and your patients. I really do appreciate you a lot. Your patience and personality make me feel joy. You know how to act under pressure with a natural calmness. You stay calm and firm at the same time - I don’t know how. Your kindness and patience made my stay here enjoyable rom the very first day.
Blown away by the care here. Shout out to Adam. Megan the nurse is also a really good lady on Putnam unit
