The nurses on the Orange floor are wonderful. The aides are great. The only bad thing about the place is the food. It SUCKS

An ode to my aide, Sam. Hi Sam this is Victoria. I appreciate you taking the time out to help me and your patients. I really do appreciate you a lot. Your patience and personality make me feel joy. You know how to act under pressure with a natural calmness. You stay calm and firm at the same time - I don’t know how. Your kindness and patience made my stay here enjoyable rom the very first day.

Our sister was initially brought to this Beacon facility for respite care about 6 weeks ago. Given the progression of her diagnosis of Parkinson's, she was transitioned to a permanent resident. My first impression of this facility during a tour pleasantly surprise me because I had visited other facilities in the area and had certain expectations of what I would encounter in terms of the physical environment, (cleanliness, safety and overall appearance).
