After trying Home Depot, Ace Hardware I ventured to Tacoma Screws. I clearly needed a hard to find bolt for a cuff arm rest and they had it! The salesperson handed me the bolt and I asked the cost. He said “ nothing”. I was assisted immediately as they appeared to be well staffed which is unusual now due to COVID! I just reviewed items they sell and with their large variety and great customer service I will go back.
