Working with Taco Tools was above and beyond any customer service experience I've ever had. The sales rep (Nicole), went so far as to shoot me a text directly after I had the machine in the cart. She walked me through the steps associated with the purchase, told me about comparable machines at better price points and made the payment aspect really easy. Looking forward to the next time we have capital to invest so I can contact Taco Tools again.
Will not return calls. After ten days had not shipped my purchase. During my last call, they claimed my purchase was 'ready to ship'. When I asked for the tracking number they claimed there wasn't one. Stay away.
Bought the edge band machine, it doesn't work properly. No chance to reach out for technical support.
