I will give no stars for this company but had to check one to get this posted. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I order a pair of Four Horses Breeches $276 - not a cheap order. I received them but didn't like them because they are much lighter than I thought. Color is Stone gray which is light beige. My experience at Tack N Rider is the worst I have ever experienced at a retail store. The owners Amit and Prashant Ramani are the rudest, most negative and aggressive people I have ever met. I tried to return a pair of Tucci boots two days after purchasing, and I was met with negative behavior from both of these owners. They both yelled insults at me. Asked for a refund because my Veredus boots didn't fit my horse tried to contact the seller many times for weeks never answered back to me! I finally discovered his brick and mortar store in Florida and called and politely asked for a refund and he hung up the phone on me! I maid a complaint to Amazon and asked them for a refund still waiting...! Very disapointed with this seller I will never purchase from him again! From Canada!
