Management and customer service are horrible for the store. I try to get into contact multiple times with the management they refused to call me back and will only speak to me via email. They don’t even sign their name in their emails, I don’t even know who I’m speaking to at this point it could be a person working at the register. I ordered a pair of mountain horse boots it was coming from the manufacturer in Pennsylvania the boots did not work the company would like for me to pay shipping back to California for these boot... read more

I live in Reno, I happened to be in the area. I was in desperate need of a new show coat for my daughter, who is tall and thin, it's been a nightmare looking for something that fits. They helped me find something based on the measurements I took, which was no easy task. Also because of how far we are they said I could mail it back for a full refund if it did not fit my daughter. It is a little big, but not huge, it's the closest fit I've been able to find. We're definitely keeping it, I should be able get 2 years out of it. ... read more
