Always friendly and do their best to help you- lots of information those girls have! Great advice and really a cool store. Every fall they have a huge winter blanket sale and in the spring is their anniversary sale-super deals. Great people.

I dealt with Emily there on the purchase of a new saddle by phone. She was extremely helpful, got the saddle shipped out fast, arrived in perfect condition. They were very price competitive too and shipped it free!
This store has always been really helpful to me. The usual is a greeting right when you walk in the door, and continued offers for help while I m shopping. They have an awesome selection, and I usually find what I m looking for. I ve never had a bad experience...and I ve been shopping there for 20 years!!! Give them a try!
Very rude! Poor customer service! You better know your shoe size if you need boots because they don't have a foot measuring device. We were obviously interupting when we went there. There were three people working, no one looked up to offer help and one was busy texting.
