The place itself is really nice, clean, welcoming, and overall a good experience. However, a couple months ago, I did witness the manager speaking harshly to a staff member for briefly talking to me and telling her to get back to work. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable to see, especially in front of customers. I hope management considers handling staff matters more privately, because otherwise the environment and service were good.
Mel has an incredible selection of western wear and an excellent coffee bar to boot! Definitely a huge asset to such a rural area.
Clean cute store staff were very friendly and welcoming and amazing ☕️ coffee will come back when in hanna
