After spending 4 Allied health sessions with Tablelands Physiotherapy I awoke in crippling pain and unable to use my shoulder. After calling the clinic I was offered no assistance and told to await a call back later that day from my treating practitioner, which never transpired. In commencing treatment at a shoulder specialist clinic I requested digital copies of my clinical notes from Tablelands Physiotherapy.
