We recently moved our mom in to Table Rock Memory Care from a different community and it has been an amazing change! The staff, the food, the activities and most importantly the cleanliness! Her room is cleaned daily and everything is neat and in its place! Mom is cared for and entertained! We are so glad we were able to get her in!
My husband was placed at TRMC in Medford, Oregon, August of 2023. It is a secure facility and looks great. He was welcomed by staff and I immediatly was impressed by the friendliness and care he received. He was there for 2 years until he passed in July of this year. (2025) He had Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinsons. Due to the Parkinsons, he would occasionally fall, and communication was good when this happened. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would never put my family at this place. I was a caregiver there and the management steals fron residents! I personally feel that residents are not in good hand which is exactly why state is involved. On top of that hr and management were caught doing inappropriate things in a room and were caught. Again, please keep ur family away.
Never work at a place like that. They disregard the feelings of their employees and terminated them for no reason ot without proof of something actually occurring. Disgusting way to treat their staff.. never again will i associate myself with a company like that
