I love Reba's yoga class. She always changes up her lessons but yet seems to offer the exact exercise for her participants that focuses on our bodies aches and pains. I feel stretched, pain free and ready to tackle my day after her morning class.

I've had a few massages here and they've all been fantastic! Every time I leave I'm in a zombie like state because I am so relaxed. I love the little touches of the warm towels on the feet and the eye cover when facing up. Sometimes it's hard to keep your eyes closed in that position and when you don't have to think about it, you can relax more. Highly recommend!!!
It was definitely one of the most relaxed massages I've experienced. Wonderful energy.
